NEW STUDENTS

1. Complete both sides of the Enrollment form and return it to the front desk.
2. Front desk staff will check availability of desired class. If space is available, tuition and $25 annual registration/membership fee is required to register child. If space is not available, child will be waitlisted in desired class (up to 3 classes per child).

CURRENT STUDENTS

1. You must pay tuition ON or BEFORE the “FINAL DUE DATE” in order for you to guarantee your spot for the next session.
2. If payment is not received by the Final Due Date, your child will be removed from class. If you choose to re-enroll them, they will be placed back in the class if room allows, or placed on the waiting list, as necessary.

“MOVING UP” STUDENTS

1. When your child has successfully met all the requirements of the class they are enrolled in and is ready to “move-up” to the next level, their coach will complete a “Moving Up” form and give it to the front desk. The Desk staff will then contact you and find an available class for the student.
2. If no class is immediately available, you will be given priority and be placed at the top of the waiting list for one class only. They may be waitlisted in 2 additional classes, but will not have enrollment priority and therefore will be put at the bottom of these lists. Changes to a student’s preference for the priority waitlist will not be allowed once we have placed a student at the top of the waitlist.

PREVIOUS STUDENTS

1. Update Enrollment information at the front desk.
2. Front desk will check availability of classes. If space is available, tuition and $25 annual registration/membership fee (if not already paid for current year) is required to register child. If space is not available, child will be waitlisted in desired class (up to 3 classes per child).

MAKE UPS

Gymnastics - Repeated make-up students in a class make teaching consistency and student/teacher rapport very difficult. Therefore, there are no make-ups in class. If a class is missed, the student is allowed to come to an Open Gym, at no charge, to have extra practice. Open Gyms are not run like classes, but will allow a student to work on specific skills and practice skills that have been learned in class. Call to reserve your spot. Upward Bound Open Gym is on Saturday from 12-1pm. Tumble Bug Open Gym is offered on Wednesday, 12-1pm or Saturday, 12-1pm. Parents are required to attend Tumble Bug Open Gym with their child. Waivers must be signed for the adult attending. These free Open Gym classes must be completed within 8 weeks of the missed class.

Swim – Due to class size and teaching consistency, we do not offer make-ups. If your child misses a swim class, they may attend an Open Swim session free of charge. A lifeguard will be on duty, but no instructor will be in the water. This is an opportunity for the child to practice skills learned in class. If the child is a non-swimmer or is in a Parent/Child Swim class, an adult must be in the water with the child. These free Open Swim classes must be completed within 8 weeks of the missed class.

Martial Arts/Dance/PNO: Currently no make-ups are available but children may attend one of our Open Swim or Open Gym sessions, if desired or speak to your child’s instructor. If a student misses PNO for any reason, the parent may request a refund on the acct for half the price paid for that child (unless a doctor’s note is provided).

HOLIDAYS

The fixed session fees are based on an 8-week pay period. Aspire Kids Sports Center will be closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Week of July 4th, Labor Day, Week of Thanksgiving, 2 weeks at Christmas.

Unless otherwise notified, there will be no adjustments in class fees for holidays or vacations with the exception of when the gym is closed for 1 week or more.

During the summer we will offer a “Flex Schedule” where you can designate up to 4 weeks off and still maintain your class spot.

PARENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Parents are allowed in the lobby area and upstairs viewing area. No parent is allowed in the gym or pool area without the instructor’s permission.
